- Bishop (Earth-1191) – Pursued Villains to the Prime Universe and choose to remain.
- Cosmic Ghost Rider – travelled back in time to kill Thanos has remained since
- Dark Beast (Age of Apocalypse) – after the initial destruction of the AOA universe, Dark Beast was sent back in time to the Prime Universe where he would be a torn in the X-men side for many years.
- Deathlok Prime (Roxxon’s Future) – Sent back in time to insure Roxxon rule in his world. Rebelled and joined the Uncanny X-force.
- Death’s Head II (2020 Universe) – traveled to the Prime Universe where he was last seen.
- Gamora (Church of Universal Truth Universe) – After the destruction of her planet, she was brought in time and raised by Thanos
- Holocaust (Age Of Apocalypse) – Was thrown into the Prime universe after the initial destruction of his universe.
- Howard The Duck (Duckworld) – was thrown into this universe and has since been stuck here.
- Hydra Supreme (Hydra-Verse) – an alternate Cap that was brought to this universe by the Cosmic Cube.
- Kang the Conqueror (31st Century) – would constantly travel back to try and take over the prime universe
- Longshot (Mojoverse) – escaped the Mojoverse and joined the X-men.
- Magus (Universal Church of Truth) – a future evil version of Adam Warlock. would travel to the 616 universe a number of times.
- Major Victory (31st Century) – would sometimes get trapped in this universe. Usually returns to his timeline.
- Marvel Boy (Earth-2000800) – was thrown into this universe and trapped on it.
- Mr. Fantastic (Ultimate) – Went insane in his universe becoming the Maker. Traveled to Prime universe during the Incursions and been trapped since.
- Mojo (Mojoverse) – Constantly attack the Prime Earth. He is currently trapped on it.
- Morlun (Loomworld) – travels the multiverse to eat the lifeforce of Spider totems. Currently resides on Prime Earth
- Nimrod (Days of Future Past) – Traveled back to the past to capture renegade mutants
- Old Man Logan (The Wastelands) – After the multiverse was restored, he found himself in the 616 universe. Has since returned to his universe.
- Prestige (Days of Future’s Past) – During back in time and would remain in this universe.
- Shatterstar (Mojoverse) – escape the Mojoverse to arrive in Prime Earth. His arrival lead to the X-force forming.
- Singularity (Multiverse) – Even Though she exist across multiple universe at the same time, she usually is seen in the Prime Universe
- Spider-Gwen (Gwen-Verse) – using a interdimensional device from the Web Warrior, this Gwen attends college in the 616 universe as well as dating Miles Morales
- Spider-man (Morales, Ultimate) – After the multiverse was restored, Miles and his family and friends were transported to the 616 universe with no/little memories of the Ultimate Universe.
- Spider-man 2099 – Miguel found himself trapped in the 616 universe for a while.
- Spiral (Mojoverse) – constantly journeys to the prime universe.
- Stan Lee – a version of Stan Lee exists in most of Marvel universe. It’s even believed they are the same person.
- Stryfe (Earth-Askani) – would constantly travel to Prime Earth to fight Cable and the X-men
- Sugar Man (Age of Apocalypse) – After the initial destruction of the AOA universe, he jumped on Nate Grey leg and traveled to the Prime Universe where he would usually stay.
- Terror Inc. (Shadowline) – Somehow wound up in the Prime Universe where he joined Deadpool’s Mercs for Money.
- Thundra (Femizon) – Sent back in time to prove women strength.
- X-man (Age of Apocalypse) – was thrown into the Prime Universe after the initial destruction of his Universe.
- Yondu (31st Century) – would sometimes get trapped in this universe. Usually returns to his timeline.
- Zero – an android created in the Askani universe and sent back in time to aid Stryfe.
