- Unusual Feature: Lasher is a largely green and light aqua symbiote. It grants it’s host long claws, and instead of boot like feet there are two visible toes. It can manipulate its body into various forms. Despite its polymorphic capabilities, it’s body structure is overall relatively solid, save for the six tentacles on it’s upper back, with three on each side. It’s various forms usually lack a mouth, with the exception of the form taken when merged with its war dog host and Sadie.
- Origin: Symbiote
- Universe: Marvel Prime Universe (Earth-616)
Venom usually has a problem with one of it’s children. Imagine what it’s like to have 5 others (on top of a total of 999). Lasher is one of 5 symbiotes that the Life Foundation had Venom forcibly spawn, first seen in Venom: Lethal Protector #4 by David Michelinie and Ron Lim, It was place on one of their security guards, Ramón Hernández. They work for the Foundation until their hosts escaped with the symbiotes and broke Eddy Brock out of prison, in hopes to learn how to control the symbiotes. After being separated from their hosts, they later combined together to become Hybrid.
Years later, it was revealed that they had been separated and wear working with a new team called the Mercury team, assigned to capture their older sibling Carnage. Lasher’s new host was a dog which was controlled by a human handler. This was also the form he took during the Deadpool Vs Carnage storyline. It should be noted that Lasher wasn’t it official name in the comics. This name came from the toy by Toybiz where each of the Symbiote where given unofficial names. This stuck and was made official during Carnage USA. The name Lasher is due to the whip like tendrils on his back.
Lasher is one of those few characters that was popular as a toys rather then the comics. While fans have been asking for Scream for a while, Lasher is the first of the 5 to be made. It is also because Hasbro seems to need a symbiote every wave for Spider-man (even more so with the Venom movie.)
Have
Ramón Hernández

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends Spider-man Lizard Wave Lasher
- Background:
- This is Lasher when he was bonded to the Life Foundation guard, Ramón Hernández. It should be noted that Lasher is the symbiote, not the host.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- Unless your collecting all the symbiote for a Symbiote shelf like me, are a big Venom fan, or just need a few variety for your Spider-man villains, then this is a pass. Might also work for people who want a update to their old Toybiz figure. Given that Scream was also released, then you could get this to stand with his sister.
- Does it need a remake?:
- No.

Below you will find a gallery of suits that still need to be made. I have included what I think are the possibilities of them being made. Note that these are my personal opinions and not fact. Please let me know if I have missed anything.
