Just because he is a head in a jar, doesn’t mean he is less of a family member. Introduced in Fantastic Four #575 (2010) by Jonathan Hickman and Dale Eaglesham, Turg and his sibling are residents of the Forgotten City of the High Evolutionary, a former Subterranean city that he has abandoned. It was taken over by Moloids, who used the cities’ tech to devolve themselves into human. Turg and his siblings didn’t and were persecuted by the rest. They were taken in by Mole Man who later sent them to seek the F4’s help. While searching for the team, Turg was hit by a truck with only his head surviving. He was taken in by the F4 and would be placed in a jar-like machine to keep him alive and moving. The siblings would join the Future Foundation and would help the team with their adventures.

I don’t think anyone was asking for a Turg figure (Moloids in general yes, but not Turg). However, he would receive a figure as part of the F4 2-pack with Frankling and Valeria (rumored).
