Split personalities can be a dangerous time, especially when you have superpowers and was riased to be extremely religious. Introduced in X-Men #120 by Chris Claremont and John Byrne, Jean-Marie was separated from her brother as babies after their parents were killed in a car crash. She was raised by an extremely religious school who considered her powers to be the work of the devil. Her constant abuse from the nuns cause her to gain a second personality. She would eventually leave the school and was approached by Wolverine who sent her to James Hudson, who reunited her with her brother. She would join Alpha Flight as Aurora.
She would remain a member of Alpha Flight, even when Northstar left the team. She would also have a long time relationship with Sasquatch. After an adventure involving Loki, she would join a convent and became a nun. She would begin a relationship with Wildheart, who had been turned handsome by Department H but soon he left her when he turned ugly again. After a few more mission, she would find herself in a mental institution where she was rescued by Wildchild. She was forced to join Weapon X as Wildchild’s handler. She would be reunited with her brother after they were brainwashed by the Children of the Vault and would later come under control of Norman Osborn. She would rejoin the resurrected Alpha Flight and would later be part of Captain Marvel’s new Alpha Flight Space Program. She has since joined her brother on Krakoa.
As for figure, Aurora has a bit of an interesting history in the line. When Hasbro took over the line, they ran a poll in the now defunct Toy Fare magazine, which Aurora and her brother were choices in the poll. However, maybe due to the fact that most wanted them as a 2-pack rather then a single figure, they did not win. It would be many years until Hasbro announced not only the twins but also many other members of Alpha Flight as an Amazon exclusive box set.
First Appearance / Classic / Alpha Flight

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Amazon Exclusive Marvel Legends Alpha Flight box set – Aurora with Northstar, Snowbird, Puck, Shaman and Vindicator
- Background:
- This is Aurora as she first appeared as a member of Alpha Flight. While it would be considered the one she was most associated with, she would change her costume more often then her brother. As you can see in the comic image above, the white pattern on her side would jump to the other side or sometimes be completely gone.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- This one is obviously need to an Alpha Flight set. It can also be used for a Wolverine and X-men, either as a member or a villain set as well. It can also be used as a member of Captain Marvel’s new Alpha Flight team but they have different costumes.
- Does it need a remake?:
- No.

Below you will find a gallery of suits that still need to be made. I have included what I think are the possibilities of them being made. Note that these are my personal opinions and not facts. Please let me know if I have missed anything.
