While Wolverine tries his hardest to hold back his bestial instincts, Sabretooth embraces his savage side, loving to kill and maim his victims. Created by Chris Claremont and John Byrne for Iron Fist #14 (1977, more on that later), Victor Creed has known Logan for most of his life. Both were members of the Canadian’s Team X but began hating each other after a mission where Victor kill the female scientist they were supposed to rescue. After Logan left and began new life with Silver Fox, Creed tracked him down and killed Silver Fox and brutally beat Logan.
He would go on to be Wolverine most frequent villain, usually striking him on his birthday. As such he has teamed up with many of Wolverine’s villains like Lady Deathstrike and Omega Red. He has joined up with the Brotherhood, the Marauders and Weapon X. After the Axis storyline, his personality changes to more heroic version of himself and he was even able to join the Uncanny Avengers and the X-men.
For figure, for villain, while nowhere near the level of Venom, Sabretooth has had alot of figures, which includes ML, Classic and other such lines.
Have
First Appearance

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends X-men Bonebreaker Wave – Sabretooth
- Background:
- When Sabretooth first appear, he was a just an assassin for hire that Iron Fist had to take down. He wasn’t even shown to have a healing factor or be related to Wolverine. It was during the Marauder Massacre that Sabretooth first officially fought Wolverine, with their history only being hinted at in that fight.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- As a FA collector like myself, this one is a must have as it is one of the only villains to have a first appearance figure. Wolverine fans might also like this (particularly if you’re getting the FA Wolverine figure as well). Despite being the better of the Sabretooth Figures, it can be skipped if you don’t like those sort of things.
- Does it need a remake?:
- No.
Classic

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends X-men Apocalypse Wave Sabretooth
- Background:
- The costume that Sabretooth is most familiar in. He has usually gone back to this costume in more then one occasion with many of his later costumes being a modernized version of this.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- If you want a classic version of Sabretooth, then this is the one you need. Toybiz did a version of this years ago so you could get that one but Hasbro released one in their Apocalypse wave, so I highly recommend that one as it is a much improved version and is alot cheaper and comes with a BAF piece, which the Toybiz did neither.
- Does it need a remake?:
- No. Just got remade.
Post-Wolverine: Origin

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Diamond Exclusive Marvel Legends Puck Wave Sabretooth
- Background:
- After Wolverine had thought he killed Sabretooth (turned out to be one of Sinister’s clone), Sabretooth returned with a new costume. It was short lived.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- Unless you can get this figure with the Puck piece, then I would recommend skipping this figure. However the figure itself is actually pretty good, but not worth the amount you have to pay for it nowadays.
- Does it need a remake?:
- No. Shortlived and unimportant.

Below you will find a gallery of suits that still need to be made. I have included what I think are the possibilities of them being made. Note that these are my personal opinions and not fact. Please let me know if I have missed anything.
