He is mega corporations worst nightmare. Introduced in Iron Man #219 (1987) by David Michelinie and Bob Layton, the former scientist work for a mega-corporation had created his GhostTech to help people. He later learnt that the corporation was using his tech to make themselves rich, using dirty tricks to get him to work including getting a fellow employee to date him. She however fell for him and was going to expose the company. She was killed which cause him to infuse his body with the GhostTech and destroyed his files and the company. He then turn to becoming a industrial spy and saboteur. He first came into public notice when he was hired by Roxxon Oil to steal from a Stark sub-company. He battled Iron Man but escaped, swearing revenge against Iron Man and Stark Industries.
He later came under the employment of many villains including Justin Hammer and Kingpin. However, he would go onto become a terrorist when he began bombing various companies. During the Dark Reign, which saw Norman Osborn in charge of superhuman affairs, he hired Ghost to join his new Thunderbolts team under the leadership of Yelena Belova (really Natasha Romanov in design). However, he began working to bring down Osborn from the inside. After trying to kill Stark again, he was forced to rejoin the Thunderbolts under the leadership of Luke Cage. When that team was disassembled, he went to steal tech from Parker Industries only to destroy the building and nearly killing many of Parker’s employees. He has since rejoined the Thunderbolts under Zemo leadership to try and bring down Punisher once and for all.
Ghost has never been a popular character except if you were a Iron Man fan. Since a version has appeared in the MCU, his importance has risen. There has only been one Marvel Legends of him, done as a SDCC exclusive done in his Thunderbolts costume (with 2 different versions of his head).

Recommend Figure: Hasbro SDCC Exclusive Marvel Legends Thunderbolt box set Ghost with Luke Cage, Satana, Moonstone and Crossbones
- Background:
- When Ghost joined the Thunderbolts, he began wearing this costume, which has become his signature costume in the comics and has been drawn differently by different artist. It explained in the comic that years of using the Ghosttech has distorted his body, making is skinny and lanky, giving him the creepy appearance.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- Ghost is a character that mostly Iron Man fans would want but he can be used for a Thunderbolts display as well as a Spidey’s display. However, the only one available is the SDCC exclusive box set from a few years back so it might be hard to come across cheap.
- Does it need a remake?:
- No.

Below you will find a gallery of suits that still need to be made. I have included what I think are the possibilities of them being made. Note that these are my personal opinions and not facts. Please let me know if I have missed anything.
