He was made the Fastest Man Alive. Introduced in Avengers (Vol. 8) #10 (2018) by Jason Aaron and Ed McGuiness, Stanley Stewart was created by Mephisto for Phil Coulson in order to discredit the Avengers. He was conditioned to be a cocky individual and during his off days, he works multiple jobs at the very same time. He, along with the rest of the Squadron Supreme, was sent to combat Namor and his Defenders of the Deep and later helped defended the US against the Frost Giants in War of the Realms. When the world was restored following Heroes Reborn, he was devastated to leave the HR world and asked the government if they could send him back. He later joined Power Princess in betraying their handlers and joining the Red Widow.

This version of Blur would receive a figure as part of the second Squadron Supreme 2-pack along with Nighthawk.
