They are the most violent Avengers. Introduced in Savage Avengers #1 by Gerry Duggan and Mike Deodato Jr., this team is a bit weird as they didn’t officially become an official team until the twefth issue. But I will include the unofficial members and the official team. It all began when a cult began target various heroes. Starting with Conan, they targeted Wolverine, Doctor Voodoo, Punisher, Elektra and Venom. Conan would also gain his own unnamed Symbiote as they teamed up to get down the cult. Dr. Strange would help Elektra fight Kulan Gath’s cult.

When the team officially formed with Strange and Elektra being the leaders and adding Magik, Daimon Hellstrom and Black Widow to their ranks. When Conan and Magik went to battle an Asgardian Dragon, they were joined by Juggernaut and Black Knight. In their final battle with Kulan Gath, Dr. Doom, a version of Kang and Ghost Rider (Blaze) all joined their ranks. The team would break up following that.

On the run from a Deathlok, Conan would form another team bringing back Black Knight and Elektra, who was now Daredevil, and recruit Agent Anti-Venom, Weapon H, Cloak and Dagger. This Deathlok was later revealed to be another universe version of Miles Morales who would eventually join the team after a trip to the 2099 universe.
