Hey my fellow Plastic Addicts. After the surprise set of reveals on Monday, we have a few updates for a few characters. Of the thirteen figures that were revealed, four of them were new characters (for their respective universes), 2 of them were updates to previous figures, 3 if them were new costumes, 2 of them were straight repaints (new heads aside) and 2 of them I have no idea what to place because they are just concept arts.
Anyway, onto the updates:
New Costumes
- Boomerang (Myers) – added the new figure under the “Sinister Syndicate” title.
- Scorpion (Gargan) – added the new figure under the First Appearance title
- Sentry (MCU) – added the Void figure into the Thunderbolt* section
- Deadpool (XCU) – added the concept figures here.
Updates to older figures:
- Doc Samson (Samson) – replace the older FFF wave version with the new Hulk Retro style version.
- Green Goblin (Raimi’s Trilogy) – replace the older Spider-man (original version) with the new deluxe version. Note: they are only using the NWH label due to licencing reasons. This is essentially the original Trilogy’s version updated.
Repaints-
- Spider-man (MCU) – added the new Target Exclusive to the Final Swing section. Since the only real difference is the paint and new head, I didn’t bother removing the older figure.
- Dr. Doom (Von Doom) – replaced the Secret Wars 2-pack version with the new Walmart Retro style version
