He could be even crueler then his Prime version, and that is saying something. Introduced in Ultimate Spider-Man and Wolverine #1 (2001) by Brian Michael Bendis and Matt Wagner, Victor would join the Weapon X program, where he would torture the other mutants the program had captured, taking an extreme dislike to Wolverine. Wolverine eventually escaped and Sabretooth was sent to bring him back. He would fight with Wolverine but was defeated when Spider-man helped the mutant. After Wolverine joined the X-men, Sabretooth lead a team and captured the team, bringing them to the Weapon X facility.
He would be enhanced in a similar or better way to Wolverine with adamantium. He took Wolverine into the wood to torture him, but Wolverine fought back and worked with the Brotherhood and Nick Fury to free the rest of the X-men. Sabretooth would join the Brotherhood and would work against Quicksilver to restore Magneto’s memories following the terrorist’s mindwipe by Xavier. Turning Magneto’s attack on the world, he would fight Wolverine again but was decapitated. He would of course return and tried to convince him that Wolverine was his father. He would later lead the Brotherhood in attacking the Ultimates. He would later be forced to work with Rogue to hunt down Magneto during the Ultimatum wave. He would later mutate further before being captured by the Ultimates. He later returned and attacked Jimmy Hudson, Wolverine’s real son. He would later be capture by the new Spider-man.
This version of Sabretooth would receive a figure as part of the third series of Toybiz X-men classic line.
