Hey, my fellow Plastic Addicts. We continue our lead up to the Punisher TV special by looking at some of his supporting cast. Today, head to England where we look at a man that would eventually turn away from Frank’s ideals, Outlaw (Higgins). Honestly out of all the copycat versions of Punisher that was introduced in the 90’s, this has the best chance of being made. Mostly because unlike the rest, he has ACTUALLY appeared in comics since then. Granted it was mostly for a tie-in for the mobile game Contest of Champion but that same comic saw Night Thrasher, Ares and others resurrected as well as bringing White Fox and Guillotine to the broader masses. I would say they could do a box set for the Champions of Europe but that time has passed.
