Let’s hope he turns out more like his father rather then his grandfather. Introduced in Amazing Spider-Man #263 (1985) by Tom DeFalco and Ron Frenz, Normie Osborn is the son of Harry Osborn and Liz Allen, and the grandson of Norman Osborn, AKA the Green Goblin. He grew up admiring his father and developed a hatred for Spider-man. In turn, Harry loved his son and tried to give up being Green Goblin for him many time. However, during a fight with Spider-man that involved trapping him in a building about to explode. He then remembered that Normie was still in the building. He then rushed to save his son and Spider-man. He would then died in Spider-man’s arms because the Goblin formula was killing him. Normie witness this as Harry called Spider-man his best friend, changing his view on the Web-head.

After that he would become a target of several schemes, like when a failsafe Harry created cause three Goblin Women to kidnap him and try and turn him into the next Green Goblin but were saved by Spider-man and Molten Man, his uncle. When Norman returned, he had a robot dress as Green Goblin kidnap Normie, hoping to make the boy his heir but then he found out that he was the same as Harry and was too kind for the role. After Spider-man publicly unmasked himself, Chameleon kidnapped him to make Molten Man attack Spider-man. When Harry seemingly returned to the living, Normie began to resent him because he believed he had abandoned his family and resented Spider-man because of it. This became worse when it was discovered that Harry’s new girlfriend had his brother, Stanley. Following a bit, Harry and Liz tried to make their marriage work again.

Normie was eventually taken by his new nanny, who turned out to be his grandmother, in an effort to saved them from his grandfather, who had gotten the Carnage symbiote and became the Red Goblin. When Harry and Liz wanted to split up to protect their kids, Harry took Stanley, which caused Normie to become jealous of his brother. When Norman came, he engulfed Normie in part of the Carnage Symbiote and Goblin formula, turning him into the Goblin Childe. After a fight with Superior Octopus and a Slayer-Slayer control JJJ, Normie began to realise that his grandfather was evil when Harry tried to save him and was shot down by Norman as well as Norman throwing Liz out of the window. Spider-man saved her, which cause Normie to change side and attack Norman. Norman was eventually defeated and it was believed that Normie had lost the symbiote.

He would later become a target of Carnage, who was hunting down everyone who was bonded with a symbiote for Knull. He was saved by Spider-man who brought him to the Maker alongside Venom and Dylan Brock. The two boys became friends when they tried to stop the Maker from using his machine on Normie. After a bit, the Codex was removed from Normie by Bruce Banner. After his “father’s” death, Normie was given a new symbiote, Rascal, by Dylan. Now the new Red Goblin, Normie began to use the symbiote to become a hero, working with Dylan, the new Toxin and more. Eventually, he would be invited to join the Avengers Academy by Spider-man.

We technically never got a figure of Normie BUT due to the fact that Normie has taken on the form similar to his grandfather’s Red Goblin, you can use that figure as Normie Osborn.

Background:
- Shortly after he received the symbiote, Normie would switch between his standard form and his more smoother form. This was because he couldn’t control the symbiote.
