After the fall of Apocalypse, these despots took over and became persecuting mutants. Introduced in X-Force #17 (1992) by
Fabian Nicieza and Greg Capullo, after Apocalypse was defeated by Cable and his rebellion, the humans of Earth-Askani, or Flatliners, formed the city of New Canaan and began treating mutants like second class citizen. They use ADAM units as their enforcers and would constantly come under attack from Stryfe and his army. Ruling over them was Parraidan Haight, Tribune Haight, Administrator Porus
