This universe’s Spider-man had enough. Introduced in Amazing Spider-Man (Vol. 2) #58 (2003) by J. Michael Straczynski and John Romita Jr., after Kraven had killed Kaine and Mattie in front of him, Peter killed the hunter. This cause him to take a new approach to crime fighting becoming violent and extremly deadlier. He was expelled from the Avengers and attacked his family and friends, including his wife MJ and son Ben. Eventually, his crimes had caught up to him. While visiting his Aunt May’s grave, he was aware that a younger version of him was there hiding. (The 616 version was sent to this time during a fight with Dr. Strange and the Mindless ones). He confronted by the police and even though they asked him to surrender, he refused and attacked the police. He was shot dead.

Another character that is loved more for his design rather then the story, this version of Spider-man has been requested for a while by collectors. He would recieve a figure as part of Spider-man Retro wave 4.

    • Earlier in the series, a costume designer/ suit repairer showed Spider-man a new design he thought up for the Web-head. Peter was shocked when he saw another Spider-man wearing this design.
