He is the fifth person to take up the mantle of Red Guardian. Introduced in Maverick (Vol. 2) #10 (1998) by Jorge Gonzales and Leandro Fernández, Krassno was given the mantle when Josef Petkus gave up the role to become Steel Guardians. He would aid Maverick in the hero’s battle against Ivan Pushkin as part of the Winter Guard. However, he was later kidnapped by Aleksander Lukin and killed.

While we haven’t gotten a figure specifically based on him, any of the classic Red Guardian’s figure can be used as this character, like the Civil War Giant Man wave version.
