In a universe where Alex was the only surviving member of the Summers, he would be taken in by Charles Xavier and became the leader of the X-men instead of Scott. In this universe, the Inferno event twisted many of his colleges, with Angel becoming the Fallen, Madeline Pryor still alive etc. He formed the Six, but his body was eventually taken over but Prime universe Havok.
