She is one of the deadliest assassins in the world. Introduced in Daredevil (Vol. 2) #111 (2008) by Ed Brubaker and Clay Mann, the woman that would become Lady Bullseye was once a child being imprisoned by the Yakuza, when the clan was massacred by Bullseye. This inspired her to escape and train in becoming an assassin. She was trained by Master Izo, a member of the Hand, and planned for her to become the leader of the ninja clan. She would travel to New York and use her disguise as a lawyer to frame Matt Murdock for murder. She would fight Daredevil as Lady Bullseye, and would reveal to him the Hand’s plan for him, that he would take over the leadership of the Hand
He of course refused but she managed to flee. She would travel to Spain and killed Kingpin’s new girlfriend and her kids, making Fisk believe this was a message from DD. Kingpin returned to New York to confront DD but Lady Bullseye approached him to lead the Hand. While Kingpin accepted, he was later dethroned by DD and Izo, with DD taking the leadership of the Hand. She would flee when she realized that Izo planned to kill her and would aid Kingpin in rebuilding his empire. After Bullseye was killed by a Beast processed DD, she would find his body and revived him using the Hand’s technic. Because he remained paralyzed, she would aid him in his revenge against DD.
While continuing to work for Kingpin, she would branch out and join Zemo’s Army of Evil and the Masters of Evil West Coast. She would begin selling her services as a mercenary and was later hired to steal from Spider-woman but was easily defeated. After Punisher became the new head of the Hand, she, along with Lord Deathstrike, believed he was unworthy of this role and attacked him. He defeated them and killed Deathstrike, proving himself in her eyes.
Lady Bullseye has been a fan favorite for many years, mainly because of her design. She was one of many prototype figures that was used as part of a Fan Poll (see here), which she obviously lost. It would be 14 years later before she got a figure as part of the Marvel Knights’ Mindless Ones wave.
