How many back-up plans in case of his death does this man have? Introduced in Mighty Avengers #3 (2007) by Brian Michael Bendis, when Iron Man’s suit was taken over by Ultron (the female version), it was believed he was killed. Thus this backup activate and approach the Mighty Avengers. However, Ares didn’t trust him, because Ultron had taken control of a number of tech, so he nearly destroyed him before Hank Pym stopped him. They repair it and sent it after Ultron. After fighting his way through an army of Iron Man Armors, he released Ares, who Ultron never fought before and who was shrunk down by Pym. Realizing the droid was immune to his control, Ultron destroyed it.

Since this droid was build using the MKI Iron man armor as a base, you can use the First Appearance Iron Man as this version.
