No. This isn’t the Ben 10 character. Introduced New Mutants #86 (1989) by Louise Simonson and Rob Liefeld, Forearms was introduced as a member of the Mutant Liberation Front (MLF) that was formed by Stryfe. One of his first appearances was when the team went to aid Rusty Collins and Skids from prison. He would be a mainstay with the team and would battle many X-men teams especially the New Mutants or when they became the X-force. The team was nearly killed when their base was attacked by X-force and Stryfe set it to explode. He was later found alive with several members of the MLF and fought against Garrison Kane. He was later sent to prison.

He was later broken put by Reignfire, who reformed the MLF, and sent them to try and assassinate Henry Gyrich. They were stopped by X-force and the MLF would be taught teamwork by Moonstar. Moonstar and Forearm became close as seen saw that he wasn’t really a bad person. He was later attacked by a vengeful Reignfire. The MLF later attacked Muir Island to gain the Legacy Virus data and tried to steal the Xavier Protocol but were stopped by Excalibur. They later tried to steal the data again, this time for a government facility but the facility operatives were in fact Prime Sentinels. Most of the team were captured except Forearm, Moonstar and X-force. Forearm would learn the truth that Moonstar was a double agent for SHIELD, and he would leave the MLF.

He was later killed while fighting in the underground arena known as Bloodsport. However, he would somehow be revived but would later lose his power during M-Day. He would later regain his powers and would rejoin the MLF when they attack Fairview Medical Labs, which was trying to create a “vaccine” for Mutants. They were stopped by the X-men but eventually began following Hope Summers but was later defeated by the X-men and taken into custody. Like the rest of mutant kind, he would move to Krakoa and would join up with SWORD’s team, Dark Riders, under Magik’s leadership.
