He made a woman wear who’s helmet during sex?!! Introduced in X-Men (Vol. 2) #1 (1991) by Chris Claremont and Jim Lee, Fabian was a rich brat who broke away from his family after his powers emerged. He joined the Upstarts, who were given point for every mutant they hunted, before organizing a group of Magneto’s followers, known as the Acolytes. They moved to Asteroid M but arranged for the team and their Messiah to met their deaths. He gathered another group of Acolytes and made Magneto onto their Martyr. Magneto would eventually returned but was mind-wiped. Gamemaster would remove Fabian’s point from him, which Neophyte overheard.

So in order to regain those point, he kidnapped Luna Maximoff, Quicksilver’s daughter and arranged an uprising in Genosha, pushing the mutants and mutates to rise up against their human oppressors. The X-men and Avengers tried to stop him but the new Acolyte leader, Exodus, seemingly killed him. He somehow re-emerged when he tried to make Joseph the new Magneto and sent a new wave of Acolytes to attack the X-men. He would eventually flee when it seemed like they were losing. Magneto tried to give him another chance when Magneto took over Genosha but he betrayed Magneto again and the Master of Magnetism killed him.

He was eventually resurrected during the Necrosha crisis killed again by Deadpool and Loa. He would reappear again and would pull the other Upstart out to lure Cyclops out of hiding by killing the Nasty Boys. They fought the X-me but he fled soon after. In a battle against the ONE Sentinels he was killed…..again. He was resurrected during the Krakoa period and joined the Six, a mutant team under the purview of SWORD. He later help the Legion of X in their fight against Onslaught, which resulted in him becoming comatose.

Fabian is one of those character that only X-men collectors wanted but as the main Acolyte, he has been requested by them for a while.
