She will honor the sacrifice of her father. Introduced in New Avengers (Vol. 4) #1 (2015) by Al Ewing and Gerardo Sandoval, Toni Ho is the daughter of Yinsen, the man who would aid Tony Stark and sacrifice his life to save his friend when the pair were capture by terrorists. However, she would resent Tony, believing he could have done more to save her father, so she began working to be better than him. She would be recruited by Sunspot, when he purchased and rebranded AIM as Avengers Idea Mechanics.

She would begin a relationship with Aikku Jokinen, aka POD. She would build and create a new Rescue armor before the team was later rebranded as the U.S.Avengers, with Toni taking the codename of Iron Patriot with a new armor. However, with her adventurers and research taking a toll on her, she ditched the armor to concentrate on her research and relationship. During the Secret Empire, she was named Supreme Leader of AIM, but the team was broken up following the Grandmaster and Challenger conflict. She later aided in finding the hard drive with Tony Stark’s memories before joining the Daughters of Liberty to help Cap.

While we haven’t gotten an official version of Toni, she would wear an armor that is identical to the MCU version of Iron Patriot that Rhodey wore in Iron man 3.

Background:
- While developing weapons for the Avengers and AIM, Toni would become the Iron Patriot. She would redesign her Rescue armor into this, The design is obviously based on the MCU version and she would return to it a number of times.
Why do you need it for your collection?
- Most people would have collected this suit to build their MCU Armory collection but if you want it as a new character in your Comic collection, you can get this as Toni in your Avengers or Iron Man collections.
