Despite being a Marvel character, he is more known for his appearance in the Transformer comics. Introduced in Transformers (UK) #113 (1987) by Simon Furman and Geoff Senior, Death’s Head is a robot creation in the pocket dimension Styrakos. He was originally created to become the new body for the ruler but he was betrayed by DH’s fellow creator, who gave DH a unique personality. After DH was stolen by unknown parties, he would begin hopping across dimensions and time. This is were things get complicated as not only does he appear in other dimension, he also appears in different time periods. In other words, a younger version of him could appear in the present time while older version of him could appear in an earlier time.
The earliest known adventurer he had was when he arrive in the 616 universe. There he encountered Sword when he was hunting an artifact for another Planet. They fought but Beast made a deal with DH as a Freelance Peacekeeping Agent. He would later return to space where he would be approached by Iron Man to help him beat Recorder 451 who wanted to control a massive armor called the God-Killer Armor. He would later encounter Death’s Head II before hoping deminsions where he soon encountered the Transformers and later the Doctor from Doctor Who. He would later Dragon’s Claw universe.
He later found himself in the 2020 universe where he fought against Iron man 2020 before going on a mission for the TVA, which was to kill one of the Future Foundation’s kids. He encountered the Doctor again. He would later team up with a new version of himself called Vee along with Wiccan and Hulking. At some he wound up in the 2020 universe where he was dismantled and he’s parts were used for the creation of Death’s Head II and his fellow robots.
Death’s Head is a character that Marvel does own and has been requested by fans but due to it’s first appearance being part of the Transformers, it makes his inclusion in the ML line hard due to licencing. However, he would recieve a figure as the SDCC 24 exclusive.
