In the Ultimate Universe, they may have been the first internationally accepted team. Introduced in Ultimate X-Men #94 (2008) by Aron Coleite and Mark Brooks, not much is known about how this team came together but it is known that Wolverine was member before he betrayed them and fled. They were next scene when they arrived to have Northstar returned to Department H and battled with X-men. The X-men later found out that the Flight were using the mutant growth hormone drugs called Banshee, which gave them powers. In Vindicator‘s eyes (who was John Wraith of Weapon X in this universe), they were the heroes, being recognised around the world and was willing to do anything, even threatening the Ultimate. However, he was soon defeated by a Colossus’ led team of X-men. Their members included the Ultimate Universe version of Sasquatch, Jubilee, Shaman, Sunfire, Snowbird and Aurora.
