Hey, my fellow Plastic Addicts. Today we begin of Punisher: One More Kill month. So those that don’t know, this is a month where each week, we will have at least one Missing Legends or Team that is associated with Punisher. (It’s one per week as I also want to continue the NCS that I have been holding back on as well). However, I thought I would do something different this time. Usually when a Movie, TV series or Special happens, I wait for the week of the premier to do an Ideal Wave based around that property. Today I decided to do the Ideal Wave instead. I’m doing this as sort of a preview for the SOME characters that people asked for. Try and guess which ones they are.

As for how I decided this wave……. It wasn’t easy. There is a reason that, beside Jigsaw, Punisher doesn’t really have an iconic villain. He mostly goes after gangsters and other criminals and even then, they usually don’t last long in the comic…… Literally as they are usually dead by the end of their arc. Even if they gets a costumed villain, they are usually borrowed from other comics. Not to mention….. none of them are what you would call Toyetic. So I began thinking, how can I make this? Then I decided. Why not make a Vigilante wave instead? Not a superhero wave (for the most part), but a gun-totting violent vigilante wave. Thus I came up with this wave.

Theme of the wave: Anti-Heroes

As for why I picked each (As always remember if I don’t mention it, they will obviously get a new head):

1. Punisher (Castle) – Classic version + Hitman Punisher- We start with the star of the wave and his classic design suit. I know some want an upgraded Tim Bradstreet version or the Hand version but I picked this version for a reason. Because I want tit to come with an alternate masked head shown in the second image so you can created the Hitman Punisher, a separate characters. That way of people people who don’t want to buy the same character again and you can have a new character. Regardless, this will obvious use the Punisher body from the Warzone 2-pack.
2. Punisher 2099 – Next, in my effort to get as many 2099 character done, I decided to add Jake Gallows to the wave. He is probably one of the more famous characters from that universe, up there with Spider-man and Doom. This would require a mostly new sculpt as his suit is rather unique in the wave.
3. Spider-Punisher – Next I had to include a Spider-man into the wave. Frank was introduced in a Spider-man comic but since this is a Punisher wave, I decided we should go for a unique look. In a What If…? story, Peter actually killed the man who killed his Uncle Ben and took up Punisher. But come on. The real reason we want this is because of the design. I mean look at it. Spider-man and Punisher merged together to become what I’m Dubbing Spider-Punisher. This of course would use the RYV body with snap on wrist guns.
4. Lady Punisher (Michael) – our first of two ladies in this, we look at another character that took up the mantle when Frank was believed killed (it happens quite often,) Lynn Michaels. Lynn would actually have the book instead of Frank for a while before his return. This would use the standard female build with new arms and jacket.
5. Foolkiller – Next we have Foolkiller, a character that would kill people who he believes are fools. Okay look, I want to have this character so I can build on the Merc for Money and this guy fit the whole vigilante motif I have been using this wave. This would use mostly the Taskmaster/Hydra Supreme mold with a new torso
6. Deathlok (Collins) – Next up we have
7. Motormouth + Killspree – We have gotten making characters that were introduced in the UK branch of Marvel, so why not add another pair? I’m putting these together because like Marrina and Box, Executioner and Enchantress or Ka-zar and Zabu, you can’t have one character without the other. And also look at his name. He would be the perfect character for this wave. Motormouth would use the Jim Lee Rogue body with some new sculpted part, and Killspree would use the Caliban build.
