Hey, my fellow Plastic Addicts. Today we continue of DD month as we look at another team the horned head has led and one that was only created because Perlmutter and Loeb stole the name for their Netflix series to spite Fiege. As is standard for Marvel, they created a new team in an effort for synergy when they created Defenders (Manhattan). I may sound bitter but that is only because when I think of the Defenders, I think of the Hulk, Dr. Strange, Namor, Silver Surfer and others. Not these guys who were working together for years before the Netflix shows were even a thing. To me, these guys were just another version of the Marvel Knights, which was the project name of the Netflix series.
