Introduce in: Unbelievable Gwenpool #3 (2016)

Earth-TRN565 is a universe extremely similar to the real world, to Earth-1218. In this universe, Earth-616 (the primary Marvel Universe) and Earth-1610 (the Marvel Ultimate Universe) simply exist as comics and other forms of fictional media. Actors like Natalie Portman and Benedict Cumberbatch of this reality have respectively played Jane Foster and Doctor Strange in the Marvel Cinematic Universe-series of films and TV shows, much like they have in ours. The main difference between Earth-TRN565 and Earth-1218 is that in Earth-TRN565 there exists a secret way to travel into other universes like Earth-616. Gwen Poole somehow traveled from this reality to Earth-616, and proceeded to use the knowledge she acquired from reading many comics about Earth-616 to her advantage while living there.
