  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • Personally I would have preferred if they had gone with the T-Shirt version but if you want a MCU Tony Stark with a proper RDJ head then this is the one to get.

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • This is mainly a repaint of the Iron Man series MK1. If you have that one then you can skip the 10 years one but if you don’t and want to complete his main armor from the MCU you need this.

    • This was released during the time Hasbro was pushing the MU scale figure more then the ML scale so much of the 6inch stuff was shoved to exclusives. It wasn’t released wide spread so it might be hard to find.

    • Same as the MK4, it was released as an exclusive so it will be hard to find nowadays.

    • I think you see a pattern with the Iron Man 2 figures. Released Exclusively and now is hard to find.

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • Unless you want to use it for an interactive Hologram like in the movie, then you should skip this. Get it for the baf.

    • No.

MKVII (The Avengers)

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends MCU 10 Year The Avengers (Movie) MK VII Iron Man

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • Ironically, many fans were frustrated that Hasbro never released this armor so one of the first figures for the 10 years anniversary line that Hasbro made will be the skipped MK 7. If you want to complete the armory then you should get this one and it will help complete that mural on the boxes.

    • No.

MKXXI – Midas (Iron Man 3)

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • I’ll only say get this set for the Happy Hogan figure not for this figure unless you have to have every member of the Iron Legion.

    • No.

Hot Rod Iron Man

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Toys-R-Us Exclusive Marvel Legends MCU 10 Year Anniversary Iron Man 3 (Movie) 3-pack MK 22 – Hot Rod Armor with Pepper Potts and Trevorin

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • I’ll only say get this set for the Pepper and Trevor figure not for this figure unless you have to have every member of the Iron Legion.

MKXXVII – Disco Armor (Iron Man 3)

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Target Exclusive Marvel Legends Captain America: Civil War 2-pack Disco Armor Iron Man with War Machine

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • Unless you are building the Iron  Legion, then this set can be skipped, particularly since the War Machine has been released as a single and part of a better box set.
  • Does it need a remake?:
    • No.

MKXLII (Iron Man 3)

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends Iron Monger Wave MK 42 Iron Man

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • This was the main armor of the third Iron Man movie so if you want the best armor from that movie then this is the one to get. Not only that but it is great for building Iron Monger if you can get him MIB.
  • Does it need a remake?:
    • No.

MKXLIII (The Avengers: Age of Ultron)

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends Avengers: Age of Ultron Thanos wave Iron Man

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • Unless you want to have an armor for that movie, this can be skipped as the BAF as since been re-released with better paint apps and accessories.

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • I would recommend getting this figure if you are a comic book collector as it has made it’s way into the comic. I would also recommend it for people who want to recreate the fight between it and the Hulk. I would say get the 10 Years set and get the BAF wave figure loose. It would be alot cheaper to do so.

    • No.

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends Captain America: Civil War MCU Giant Man wave Iron Man OR Infinity Saga Captain America: Civil War – Iron Man Mk 46

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • If you are building the Giant Man BAF, then you will need this figures. Otherwise you could get it as it is the main armor from the movie. If not can be skipped.

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • The only reason to get this set is to recreate some scenes from the movie or to get the Tom Holland unmasked head. Otherwise can be skipped.

    • This is currently the most recent figure out. It also doesn’t have the Thanos BAF piece so it could be skipped. But if you don’t want to build Thanos you can just get the Box set. However if you want a Iron Man with loads of attachments like in the movie then get the 80th 2-pack.

    • No.

  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • If you want to recreate scenes from the movie, then this is needed as he wore it for most of the movies. IMO it looks to be the best MCU Iron Man to date. As for which one you should get, it depends on whether you want your Iron Man snapping his figures (Infinity Saga) or not
