Hey, my fellow Plastic Addicts. Today is the big day. The day we look forward to every year. It’s San Diego Comic Con Panel Day!! and boy, did we get some juicy stuff. Some long-awaited characters and some upgrades. We start off with the one that made my highlight of the con, they announced an Amazon AND Fan Channel exclusive with LOCKJAW and Crystal 2-pack. This will have parts for the good boy including sitting legs, a closed or opened mouth and a powered or unpowered antenna. Crystal will come with 2-heads and two new effects for her water and fire powers.

Next, they announced a Walmart exclusive Quicksilver in his green outfit with a pinless body. It will be on the original retro card with extra hands.

Next, they announced another 2-pack this time with Dr. Strange and Wong. But that is not all as Bats, the ghost beagle, will also be included in this. Strange has a sicklier appearance from a time when he was possessed by Dormammu, which is included. Both figures come with two sets of spell effects and Wong comes with 2 extra pairs of hands. This will be an Amazon Exclusive.

Keeping on the 2-pack we have a new Punisher figure on a new body mold. This time he will be coming with Bushwacker. Punisher come with four guns of assorted sizes, three pairs of hands, an alternate head, and a detachable grenade. Bushwacker will come with a pair of normal hands but let’s be fair, who will use them? The set also comes with an explosive effect. This will be an Amazon AND Fan channel exclusive. and will be on the 22nd of August.

Target will be getting a deluxe figure with the re-release of the Venompool BAF. This is essentially the same as the BAF but with a bright paint job. For those that missed or didn’t complete the BAF I guess.

They finally confirmed the Deadpool and Wolverine sets that we knew about but also confirmed that the third set in the line will be a Headpool who comes with some guy named Marvel’s Lo…Gun? Is that how you pronounce it? All joking aside, this set will be available for order tomorrow. But they also announced that a deluxe Deadpool 1 Colossus will be July 31st (Wednesday) and will be available everywhere.

Some more MCU stuff now and Pulse will be getting an Outrider 2-pack from the Avengers: Infinity Wars. These will be available August 29th.

They did some sneak peaks next with a Snicker and an arm with a Spider-gauntlet on it. The snicker seems to be hinting at Spider-Boy, a fairly new character. The Gauntlet seems hinting at Spider-man: Unlimited. If I have to guess, I think these are hinting at the next Spider-man wave.

They announced to the surprise of many that there will be NO Haslab for Marvel this year. Instead, they will begin creating MADE FOR ORDER figures. I’m not sure how this will work. There may be a minimum that needs to be ordered or it could just be a limited run, buy it if you want. They will be starting off with Dragon Man.

They ended off the panel with a surprise to everyone with the announcement that ROM the Space-knight will be coming out in 2025.

Before we finish off, just to remind people, there MAY be some more reveals during the weekend. Nothing is guaranteed but keep an eye out. I will let you know if I learn anything.
