Scream (Klyntar, Marvel Prime)

AKA;

Venom has had many “sons” but very few “daughters”. It just so happens that this one is was bonded with someone who became bat-s&&t crazy. Introduced in Venom Lethal Protector #4 (1993) by David Michelinie and Ron Lim, this symbiote was one of five symbiotes extracted from Papa Venom by the Life Foundation. This symbiote was bonded with Donna Diego. However, the constant talking to her cause Diego to go crazy and kill all this symbiote’s siblings. They were defeated by Venom. However, unlike it’s sibling, she hasn’t had another host since. It was later killed by Eddy Brock on his crusade to destroy all the Symbiotes.

Despite being a lesser known character, Scream is actually the most famous member of the Life Foundation symbiotes, appearing in video games, cartoon series and even a Universal Park ride. She has been requested by many fans and was guaranteed when Lasher was revealed. She sees her first ML in the Venom wave.

Donna Diego

Recommend Figure: Hasbro Marvel Legends Venom Monster Venom Wave – Scream

  • Background:
    • Like all of the Life Foundation symbiote, Scream didn’t get her name from the comics. But unlike her siblings, it wasn’t from an action figure. In the video game Spider-man and Venom: Separation Anxiety, where she was a boss, she was given the name Scream.
  • Why you need it for your collection?:
    • While she is much higher up in importance then Lasher, many people will probably skip her as she hasn’t really been seen much. If you are a Spidey fan, she might be a nice addition to his rogue gallery, especially since he we have very few female villains in that display. However, for Venom and Venom Verse fans this is an absolute most.
  • Does it need a remake?:
    • No.
