An analogy I always liked for Magneto is that he is the Malcolm X to Professor X’s Martin Luther King. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Magneto has been the X-men greatest enemy and their most powerful ally. Born during WWII, the young Jewish boy survived the encampments of the Nazi and the Holocaust. He see mutants as the next evolution of mankind and believe humans will do to them what Nazi did to the Jewish people.
But that doesn’t mean he is pure evil. He has helped the X-men on a number of occasions, even joining and leading the team for quite a while. After M-Day, he has remained with the team to help save what few mutant there is left.
As for figure, Magneto really only gets his classic version (which they still haven’t gotten right). That’s just what people think when they think of Magneto.

- This is the costume that Magneto is almost always known for. It is also the first costume he wore in the comics.
- Why you need it for your collection?:
- Well there is only one costume of Magneto and he is the X-men greatest foe, who you can decide for yourself if you want to try and hunt down this or the Toybiz one.
- Does it need a remake?:
- Yes. Both companies can’t seem to get this right.
Below is a gallery of costumes that still need to be made. Click on the image to see chances of it being made. Please note that this is my personal opinion and not fact.
